Some of the most useful things about our bodies are the ones nobody teaches us. Not at home, not in school, and rarely in a doctor's office. That silence leaves people guessing, and guessing leaves a lot of us uncomfortable, anxious or ashamed.
Why I built Lana

I'm [FILL IN: your name]. I spent years building products, and I started Lana after working out, mostly by trial and error, that preparation changes how comfortable and confident you feel. Almost nobody talks about it honestly, so I decided to. I wanted anyone to be able to skip the guesswork.
